My order was delayed in sending, but I was offered a 24 hr tracked delivery with Royal Mail. The order was dispatched promptly, but it took over a week to get to me. The tracker showed it stuck in the Glasgow sorting office. Fortunately the old parts soldiered on until the replacements arrived. The new bits are oem and have restored my dryer perfectly. Thanks to your customer service for keeping me informed and I hope you can complain to Royal Mail about their terrible service
